Partner With Justiceasy

Grow Your Practice Without Growing Your Administrative Work

Justiceasy partners with experienced Ontario lawyers and licensed paralegals to deliver legal services through a transparent, fixed-fee file assignment model. We streamline client acquisition, intake, and administrative coordination so you can focus on what you do best—providing high-quality legal services.

Our partnership model is designed to help legal professionals increase utilization, generate predictable revenue, and maintain complete professional independence while reducing administrative burden.

How the Justiceasy Partnership Works

Justiceasy facilitates the assignment of legal matters to licensed Ontario lawyers and paralegals on a fixed-fee, case-by-case basis.

Each file is assigned based on your practice area, experience, availability, and current capacity. Before accepting any matter, you receive a clearly defined scope of work and predetermined compensation, allowing you to make informed decisions about every assignment.

As a Justiceasy Partner, you remain fully independent in the delivery of legal services while Justiceasy handles the client intake and administrative coordination associated with the initial limited-scope engagement.

The Partnership Process

To become a Justiceasy Partner, you will:

  • Confirm your status as a licensed Ontario lawyer or licensed paralegal.
  • Provide your areas of practice, experience, availability, and file capacity.
  • Review and sign the Justiceasy Partner Legal Service Provider Agreement.

Justiceasy matches files based on your qualifications and availability.

For every file, you will receive:

  • A clearly defined scope of legal services.
  • A predetermined fixed-fee compensation schedule.
  • The opportunity to review the matter before accepting.

You are always free to accept or decline any file.

Once you accept a file, you independently provide the agreed legal services in accordance with your professional obligations.

Justiceasy does not direct your legal advice, litigation strategy, or professional judgment.

You remain responsible for:

  • Exercising independent professional judgment.
  • Providing competent legal services.
  • Accepting only matters you are authorized and competent to handle.
  • Complying with the Law Society of Ontario Rules of Professional Conduct or Paralegal Rules of Conduct, as applicable.
  • Ensuring any legal services provided beyond the initial limited-scope retainer are delivered in accordance with all applicable professional obligations.

Justiceasy provides transparent, predictable compensation through predetermined fixed fees.

Under the partnership model:

  • Compensation is agreed upon before file acceptance.
  • Legal service providers invoice Justiceasy at predetermined stages of the matter in accordance with the agreed fee schedule.
  • No client billing, collections, or trust accounting is required during the initial limited-scope retainer.
  • Payment is made by Justiceasy based on the agreed compensation schedule.

If a client subsequently retains you directly for additional legal services beyond the initial limited-scope engagement, those services are managed independently in accordance with applicable professional and regulatory requirements.

As your availability and performance grow, Justiceasy can assign additional files that align with your practice.

This allows you to:

  • Increase billable work without increasing marketing expenses.
  • Maintain a predictable pipeline of legal matters.
  • Generate consistent revenue through fixed-fee assignments.
  • Expand your practice without additional administrative overhead.

Professional Independence

Justiceasy respects the professional independence of every lawyer and licensed paralegal.

You retain complete control over:

  • Whether to accept or decline any file.
  • Your legal advice and professional judgment.
  • Your litigation strategy and client representation.
  • Compliance with all applicable Law Society of Ontario rules, by-laws, and professional obligations.

Justiceasy does not interfere with or direct the independent exercise of legal judgment.
