Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time. However, if a Partner Legal Service Provider is actively providing legal services or representing you in an ongoing matter, your membership cannot be cancelled without payment of the applicable cancellation fee. Your membership must remain active to continue receiving the benefits of legal representation.
Yes, you can join at any time. However, memberships are intended to provide ongoing legal protection rather than coverage for existing legal matters. Depending on the timing of your membership and the terms of your plan, some matters that arose before you joined may not be eligible for representation. If you've already received a ticket, contact us and we'll explain the options available to you.
