Founder VIP Program Terms

1.1 The Justiceasy Founder VIP Program ("Founder VIP Program") is a limited-time promotional offering available only to individuals who subscribe during the Founder VIP enrollment period designated by Justiceasy.

1.2 Founder VIP status is personal to the member, is non-transferable, and is subject to these Founder VIP Program Terms and the Justiceasy Terms of Service.

2.1 Members who qualify for Founder VIP status will receive the Founder VIP benefits made available by Justiceasy from time to time.

2.2 Founder VIP benefits are provided in addition to the standard benefits of membership and are subject to any eligibility requirements applicable to specific benefits.

3.1 Founder VIP status and all associated Founder VIP benefits will remain available to the member for so long as the member maintains a continuous, active Justiceasy membership in good standing.

3.2 For the purposes of these Terms, a membership is considered to be in good standing if:

• (a)the subscription remains active;
• (b)all subscription fees are paid in full when due; and
• (c)the member complies with the Justiceasy Terms of Service and all other applicable membership terms.

4.1 Founder VIP status will automatically terminate without notice if:

• (a)the member cancels their subscription;
• (b)the membership expires, lapses or is terminated for any reason;
• (c)any subscription fee remains unpaid beyond the applicable payment period; or
• (d)the member otherwise defaults under the Justiceasy membership agreement or Terms of Service.

4.2 Upon termination of Founder VIP status, all Founder VIP benefits immediately cease.

4.3 Founder VIP status is a one-time promotional benefit. If Founder VIP status is lost following cancellation, lapse, termination or default, it cannot be restored or reissued unless Justiceasy expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

5.1 Justiceasy may modify, suspend or discontinue the Founder VIP Program for future enrollments at any time.

5.2 Any modification or discontinuance of the Founder VIP Program for future members will not affect the Founder VIP status of existing Founder VIP members who maintain uninterrupted active memberships in good standing in accordance with these Terms.

6.1 These Founder VIP Program Terms form part of, and are incorporated into, the Justiceasy Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency, the Justiceasy Terms of Service govern except to the extent these Terms expressly provide otherwise with respect to Founder VIP status.
