Sign in to your secure Member Dashboard.
Complete the online Service Request form and upload any relevant documents, such as traffic tickets, summons, offence notices, court documents, and supporting documents. Submitting your request automatically creates a new legal matter within your account.
You'll immediately receive an email confirming that your Service Request has been received. Your Member Dashboard will also create a secure, matter-specific communication portal where all future messages and documents for that matter will be stored.
Our team reviews your request to confirm membership eligibility, review submitted documents, determine the legal services required, and assign your matter to an appropriate legal service provider.
Once a legal service provider accepts your matter, you'll receive an SMS notification confirming your case has been assigned. You'll also receive an email and text message whenever there's a new message waiting in your Member Dashboard.
Your assigned legal service provider will contact you to complete the intake process, answer any questions, and gather any additional information needed. If legal representation is available under your membership, the legal service provider will send you their retainer agreement directly for review and signature before work begins.
