Ryan Swalm

Justiceasy Inc. (“Justiceasy”) was founded by Ryan Swalm, a Licensed Paralegal and member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario whose career has been dedicated to helping Ontario drivers navigate the provincial offences system.

For more than 13 years, Ryan represented individuals charged under the Highway Traffic Act, Provincial Offences Act, and municipal transportation by-laws. Through years of courtroom advocacy, trials, appeals, and thousands of client matters, he developed a deep understanding of Ontario's provincial offences system, prosecution practices, and the practical strategies that help protect drivers' rights.

Ryan has been invited to appear as a guest legal commentator on CityNews on multiple occasions and was recently honoured with the Paralegals of Excellence Award presented by Paralegal Town Hall in recognition of his contributions to the profession.

Ryan is also an investor in Caseway AI, a Vancouver-based legal technology company focused on modernizing access to case law and legal tools through artificial intelligence.

Throughout his career, Ryan recognized a common problem: many people delayed seeking legal help because they believed it was too expensive, too complicated, or only necessary after a problem had already escalated.

That belief inspired Justiceasy.

Rather than building another traditional legal practice, Ryan created a modern legal care platform designed to make legal support more affordable, accessible, and proactive. Drawing on years of experience and an extensive network of trusted lawyers and paralegals across Ontario, Justiceasy helps members access educational resources and connect with experienced legal professionals when representation is needed.

Justiceasy is built on a simple belief: quality legal support should be easier to access before legal problems become overwhelming.
