No. Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) and Red-Light Camera offence notices are not covered. These offences are issued to the registered vehicle owner based on camera evidence rather than being issued directly to an identified driver. Because these notices do not typically result in demerit points or affect an individual's driving record in the same manner as driver-issued traffic offences, they are excluded from plan coverage.

No. Administrative Monetary Penalty (AMP) Notices are not covered under Justiceasy Legal Care Plans.
